I've had a couple races since my last post and I've signed up for the Dirty Dash again. I'm pretty excited. It was really fun last year. A bunch of my friends are doing it with me this year and I'm trying to get everyone to dress up for it.
I had to get groceries yesterday and I got some pretty delicious things.

Oh my gosh. Best grocery haul ever. Sooooo good! I am really enjoying the stuff I'm making from this. The butter and cheese I could probably find substitutes for that would be better choices or at least leas calories but I must admit...I love my fatty cheese.

2 3/4 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
3/4 cup All Natural Maple Syrup
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat and Bake at 350 for 11-12 mins.
