Brazilian Cheese Bread

2 Egg Whites (3 Tbsp from Carton)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/2 cup grated cheese (Italian 90 calories per 1/3 cup mix a.k.a. Pizza cheese)
1 heaping tsp Salt
Mix everything together and pour into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 F for 20 mins.
If you want to add a chunk of zero-fat cheddar to the middle-cook 2 mins and then put the cheddar piece on top and continue to cook for the remaining 18 mins.
