Protein Lemon Bars
1/4 and 1/8 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1/8 and 1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/4 cup Honey
5 Stevia packets
1/4 cup Egg White from Carton
1/2 cup and 1/8 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
Mix all together and bake for 20-22 mins at 350. This recipe is very protein-y which makes it a little dry. Make this frosting to go on top and it will taste DIVINE!
Frosting
1/4 cup NonFat Greek Yogurt
3-5 drops Lemon Juice
2 tsp Honey
Mix all together and spread on top! YUM!

If you are more interested in a healthy clean lemon bar and less interested in the protein here is a better recipe. It still has a lot of protein but it is much tastier and less dry.
