1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean flour
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
Place oil and applesauce in the bottom of the pan, swish around to cover the bottom, place in the oven to preheat (don't put it in until 1 min before you are going to have the batter in there too!). Mix all other ingredients in mixing bowl and pour into the warmed pan on top of the applesauce/oil mixture. Cook at 375 for 30 mins.
Use this as a pizza base, cut it up and eat it with spreads, etc. etc.
