Spinach Artichoke Hummus Dip

1 can Chickpeas
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 t Olive Oil
1 cup Fresh Spinach
1/3 cup Artichoke Hearts
1/4 cup water
Mix chickpeas (drained and rinsed), tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil in blender. Then add spinach, artichoke, and water and blend again.
This is a hummus DIP not actual hummus. I've watered it down to a dip because my blender sucks and watering it down makes it less calories per serving and makes it easier to spread on sandwiches or use as a dressing in salad! The possibilities are endless!
